Ocufen eye drops composed of active formula, Generic Flurbiprofen is a type of medication called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). Ocufen eye drops act locally in the eye and are indicated to relieve pain and inflammation in the eye that may follow several types of eye surgery or laser treatment.

How it works?

Generic Flurbiprofen is a Cyclo-oxygenase (COX) inhibitor. This enzyme is involved in the production of prostaglandins (chemicals produced by the body in response to injury or diseases and conditions, and result in pain and swelling). Flurbiprofen prevents the production of these prostaglandins, as a result effective in reducing pain and inflammation.
